

# Sims 4 mod folder location mods_folder = "D:\\juneh\\Documents\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 4\\Mods" Windows is weird, even though it’s the same Document folder you still have to change it if it’s been moved otherwise it won’t work and there won’t be any errors. I’m going to go ahead and change it because my Documents folder is located on a different Hard Drive.

If you’re on a different platform like OSX or your Documents folder is located elsewhere on Windows you need to change this. The default works fine for most Windows users.

I’m using Windows, but this ~ should ~ be cross-platform compatible.
